This page contains a history of my body weight. About two weeks after I first got back into working out (March 2008) I bought a digital scale and weighed in. At the time, I weighed 245.2 pounds, though this was probably a few pounds lighter than I was at the outset.
Truth be told, I’m not overly concerned with my weight. I’m 6′5″ and, though I could probably stand to lose a few pounds, I’m far from “fat”. My main focus is on improving my overall level of fitness, though I know that my weight will likely come down as that happens. I’m also highly motivated by numbers, so I thought it would be fun to track things here.
My intention is to do weekly weigh-ins. Ideally, I’ll do this in the morning shortly after waking up.
