Week Seven of the Couch-to-5k running program has arrived, and I’m still plugging away. As I noted previously, I’ve been dealing with a sore hip, and will likely get a proper fitting done at a local running store to prevent further problems. In the mean time, here’s what this week has in store for us…

Just a quick update to say that I completed Week Six of the Couch-to-5k running program this past Thursday. By the time Day Three rolled around, it was clear that things are getting more serious.
Whew! You’ve made it through Week Five of the C25K running program (here’s my recap), so now it’s time to focus on Week Six. Here we go…
Well… Week Five of the Couch-to-5k running program is in the books, and I’ve already embarked on Week Six. Once again, I did the workouts on Sun/Tues/Thur instead of Mon/Wed/Fri, and I’m starting to feel like that’s a pretty good groove. I think I’ll stick with the new schedule, at least for the time being.
Week Four of the C25K running program is behind us (here’s my recap), so it’s time to turn our attention to Week Five. Are you ready? I am. Let’s go…
Not too much to report from Week Four of the C25K running program. I ended up doing the workouts on Sun/Tues/Thur instead of my regular Mon/Wed/Fri, and all went well. In fact, I kind of liked having one day down before the week even started, so I’ll probably keep up with this schedule.

By the time you read this Couch-to-5K update, we’ll be well on our way back home from the beach. As predicted, it was a glorious week of rest and relaxation. Needless to say, I’m not looking forward to work on Monday, but I am looking forward to Week Four of the C25K program.
