How to Make Your Boobs Dance

Our eight year old asked me a funny question the other day:
“How do you build muscles in your nipples? I wanna make my boobs dance.”
Apparently he saw someone on TV flexing their pecs and making them bounce, and he wants try it out himself. I told him to go do some pushups, and off he went.

I have a quick little fitness anecdote to share… Earlier today when I went upstairs to exercise, I discovered our eight and nine year old working out together. They were doing sit ups, pushups, etc. And best of all, they weren’t fighting.

Hitting a Fitness Plateau

I’ve been lax about updating here, but that doesn’t mean I’ve slacked off (as much) in the real world. I’m still pushing forward with my pushups, still rowing, and still using the elliptical. The latter two have been less regular than I’d like, but what can I say? It is what it is.

Just a quick update to say that I’ve officially completed day #1 of the One Hundred Pushups training program. My plan has been to mix these workouts in with my rowing regimen rowing, so I did the initial test shortly after an 8km row, and only managed to do ten before my form started to break down.
