A little over a year ago, I decided to start running. I’ve had my share of ups and down, including some minor running injuries, but overall it’s been a very positive experience, and I’m looking forward to the future.

Race Report: My First 5k of 2011

by michael on January 30, 2011 · 0 comments

This is just a quick note to say that I ran a (somewhat) spur of the moment 5k race yesterday and had a great time. During the past month, bad weather and a bad back have limited my running, but I got myself back on track this week.
