By the time you read this Couch-to-5K update, we’ll be well on our way back home from the beach. As predicted, it was a glorious week of rest and relaxation. Needless to say, I’m not looking forward to work on Monday, but I am looking forward to Week Four of the C25K program.
This week was pretty uneventful, so I’m not going to bore you with too many details. The weather was great, and being out of town didn’t get in the way of my workouts at all. It was too cool to hit the beach in the early mornings, so that’s when I did my Week Three workouts.
I’m definitely looking forward to getting back home and being able to do a bit of cross-training. I am, however, dreading the heat… It was apparently up near 90F at home earlier this week. Oh well, I knew it was coming sooner or later. I was just hoping that it would be later.
