Not too much to report from Week Four of the C25K running program. I ended up doing the workouts on Sun/Tues/Thur instead of my regular Mon/Wed/Fri, and all went well. In fact, I kind of liked having one day down before the week even started, so I’ll probably keep up with this schedule.
Importantly, the end of Week Four marks the halfway point of the program. Hopefully you’re hanging in there! While the program is technically nine week long, you’ll be running 30 minutes at a time during Week Nine, which is essentially a 5k.
From here on out, the stakes will be a bit higher. We’ll be building up to longer and longer distances not just from one week to the next, but also within weeks. I don’t know about you, but I’m looking forward to it.
Next up… Week Five.
