My unsolicited advice: keep doing what you were doing last week, and when it's not tender, go out again.

Okay, it's morning. Overall, I have a bit of muscle soreness in my legs, but nothing major. I guess that's to be expected after a weeklong layoff. My hip is a bit more tender than it was, but certainly tolerable (at least in everyday life), especially compared to last week.
