We returned from a weeklong vacation last night – more on that later. For now, I just wanted to post a quick note documenting the fact that I just rowed my one millionth meter on my Concept2 rowing machine (it’s a Model E for the curious).
This feat actually took a good bit longer than I anticipated, as I took a somewhat lengthy hiatus from rowing in the midst of the not quite 22 months that I’ve owned the rower. Nonetheless, I’m pleased.
I was actually pushing to get this done before we left for vacation, but I fell one workout short. In some ways, this was good a thing, as it served as motivation to get back on the rower as soon as we got home.
